Why is it 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane?
We wanted to create underwear that's as close to 100% organic cotton as possible while still being comfortable to wear all day.
The 5% elastane gives just enough stretch so the underwear moves with you and holds its shape.
But here's what matters most: the crotch section is 100% organic cotton. That's the part touching your most sensitive skin, and it's completely free from synthetic materials.
We tested fully 100% cotton versions, but they lost their fit after a few washes. This small amount of elastane in the outer fabric keeps them comfortable without compromising where it counts.

Yes. Each pair of underwear is wrapped in paper, not plastic. We use recyclable cardboard for outer packaging, and our shipping materials are either recyclable or compostable. We're working toward completely plastic-free packaging.
